GET IN TOUCH
We start with gathering information about the property, location, value, square footage. We then request a floor plan, so we can provide an initial quotation with an estimated rental value.
When you are happy with the quote provided, a site visit will be arranged by your client manager and chosen interior designer.
After the site visit has been carried out, we revise the quotation accordingly and recommend any additional finishes to your space. Decoration or lighting might be required to enhance the property and maximise its full potential.
When you are happy with the inventory, you will receive your final quote and invoice. Once this is finalised, your dedicated interior designer can begin the procurement process.
On the day of installation, our dedicated and professional Logistics team deliver and install your turnkey furnishing solution, transforming your property into a home.
Typically, delivery and installation take place within 10 to 12 working days from point of cleared funds.
Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging.
