With international transport links to Paris and Amsterdam from St Pancreas Station, King's Cross has also made a name for itself through its British Library filled with global literature and its renowned Central St Martins Art School establishing future artists and designers.

Once an industrial wasteland, the area has rapidly evolved into a buzzing hub of shops, restaurants, offices and bars. All perched within a unique setting, King's Cross has been formed through the mix of old and new with the industrial buildings being creatively converted to house these facilities.

The combination of the excitement and hustle and bustle of areas like Granary Square, the calming canal and open spaces of Gasholder Park is making Kings Cross one of the most exciting places to live in London, our exclusive new furniture collections were installed at the landmark Argent development, Fenman House, which benefits from all of these aspects coming together.
