Home to the world’s largest national library and prestigious art and design school, Central St Martins, King's Cross has fast become the social hub of Central London. This new creative quarter has made a proud name for itself through a combination of curated events, the re-opening of Thomas Heatherwick designed Coal Drops Yard, and home to Google, Tom Dixon, Louis Vuitton and Universal Music..
Once an industrial wasteland, the area has rapidly evolved into a buzzing area of shops, restaurants, offices and bars. All perched within a unique setting, King's Cross has been formed through the mix of old and new with industrial buildings being creatively converted to house these facilities.
The combination of the hustle and bustle of Granary Square juxtaposed with the calming Regent’s Canal and open spaces of Gasholder Park and Lewis Cubitt Park, is just one element responsible for making King's Cross one of the most exciting places to live in London. This is why we chose to showcase our exclusive new schemes at the landmark Argent development, Fenman House, a space which benefits from all of these unique aspects.
Our Buyers and Designers found inspiration in this quirky and constantly evolving quarter of London when creating our brand new, trend based schemes, installed at Fenman House.
In order to inject the vibrant personality of King's Cross into our schemes, we took it upon ourselves to taste the local cuisine and immerse ourselves in the local lifestyle. We have handpicked a handful of our favourite spots to chill out, socialise and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining in the buzzing neighbourhood.
With a perching point next to Regent's Canal and a curated crew of various traders serving an array of mouth-watering dishes, trust us, you won’t be able to pass this one without trying!
