Officially opened in June 1960 as the headquarters of BBC Television, the iconic Television Centre building has appeared as a backdrop for many of the BBC’s programmes and is recognisable across generations. The historic Television Centre will be opening its doors to residents, diners and shoppers, all whilst television production teams are working away in the background.

STYLISH INTERIORS

With 950 new homes on site our designers were commissioned by Stanhope Plc to create two exclusive furnishing collections for the development which are available to owner occupiers and investors as part of our design-led turnkey solution. With prices starting from just £4,635 (inc or ex VAT?) BoxNine7 will provide you with all the essential furnishing items that your heart desires in the cool contemporary style that you would expect.

BOXNINE7 ARE EXCITED ABOUT:

With an expansion of railway connections and countless wellness facilities, the vast selection of amenities within the Television Centre contribute towards this transformation and what it has to offer to the public and the BoxNine7 team have been researching all that is on offer to bring the most stylish and honouring collections to you.

New Additions
The Television Centre is now hosting a colony of busy honeybees on the roof of Studio 1 with the London Bee Company, an independent business with aims to promote healthy bee colonies in a sustainable manner.

Chomp
With Bluebird café, Homeslice and Patty & Bun already confirmed to be opening within the Television Centre forecourt; you will be spoilt for choice. However, if you fancy whipping up something yourself, Bayley and Sage are also opening a store so you can pop in for some seasonal fruit and veg!

Sip
A favourite with our BoxNine7 team, Pergola on the roof has returned to the Television Centre car park. The largest rooftop dining experience in West London with not one, but two bars. It’s a great place to grab a drink and relax under the palm trees. If you get peckish, Pergola have you covered; burgers from Patty & Bun, tacos from Breddos Tacos or fish and chips from Salt ‘n’ Sauce.

Spy
Taking inspiration from the TV test card, designers Craig & Karl have transformed a derelict petrol station on Wood Lane into a bright and lively art installation. Craig and Karl view their work, entitled ‘Here After’, as the petrol stations second life stating; “Now that the petrol station has fulfilled its duty, so to speak, it’s free to enjoy itself.” and we cannot agree more. We can see this exciting installation inspiring a scheme or two of ours, keep your eyes peeled.

Snooze
Private members’ club for the creatives, Soho House is launching a new 47 bedroom hotel in The Helios. The hotel will boast views over the Television Centre famous forecourt, a roof top swimming pool and terrace.

Sweat
House Gym from Soho House has a range of equipment as well as an 18.5m pool, steam room, and fitness and yoga studios. If that’s not enough for your wellbeing, they also have a spa offering a full range of beauty treatments. Simply bliss.

Spend
Not only have you got a second phase of Westfield which is set to host the largest John Lewis yet, TFL plan to open 31 of its railway arches near Wood Lane Tube station. Transforming these currently unused spaces into an exciting mix of commercial and leisure venues.
