Thinking commercially is paramount and maximising your return with minimal void periods or quick sale for the best price is what makes us happy too.



Using our expert knowledge and by understanding your specific requirements, with a quick turnaround, you can leave it to our in-house interior designers to select stylish furnishings bringing your property to its full potential. Within our hassle-free service, our interior designers will even go right down to the all-important finishing touches including artwork, decorative accessories and window treatments, because it’s all in the details, right?


If you require some financial freedom, our rental programme can offer you the opportunity to rent in rolling calendar months until the property has successfully found a tenant or buyer. We know flexibility is key. The furniture may also be purchased at any stage within the rental agreement, or at the end of the agreement, we can simply come and collect it – we’re good like that!

The first stage of our design process begins by gathering the relevant information about your property. It’s also about getting to know you and understand how best we can present your property for the sales market. We’d love to meet you in person, but if preferred, you can this over the phone, the choice is yours.


Once we’ve gathered all the required information we’ll send you a quote to confirm. Following payment, your designated interior designer can begin the procurement process, purchasing and sourcing all of the pieces which will maximise your property to its full potential.


Our design team will select furniture pieces best suited to optimise your property’s potential. Our furniture is sourced from our exclusive selection of UK and European suppliers. What’s more, each piece of furniture comes with a 5-year guarantee.

On the day of installation, our dedicated and professional Logistics team deliver and install your rental furniture, transforming your property into a home.


Typically, delivery and installation can take up to 10 working days from point of cleared funds.

Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging.
