Chapter House is a dramatic Victorian building in the heart of Covent Garden with Art Deco elements within the communal areas and apartments surrounded by secret gardens. 

As with any brief, the budget was the main talking point, though, adding character and incorporating the history was also high on the priority list. We felt it was especially important to acknowledge the depth history, and the vibrant theatrical scenes Covent Garden has to offer whilst utilising every corner within the apartment to show off the great space. With a sophisticated, golden, teal colour scheme, we added a large vintage floral print as a talking point in the open living space evoking a similar feel to an old-fashioned theatre poster.
