The first stage of our Interior Design service begins by gathering the relevant information about your property. It’s also about getting to know you and your vision. We’d love to meet you in person, but if preferred, we can do this over the phone, the choice is yours.
At this stage we’ll give you a breakdown of our fees and ensure you have all of the relevant information needed. With our assistance, you’ll then decide which best suits your requirements.
BRIEF & DESIGN
On receipt of proposal fee your designated designer will take a detailed brief. Following a site visit, your designer will begin to create a scheme tailored to you.
Your proposal will be presented to you in person or sent via email. This is the part where you’ll begin to visualise the unique scheme turning your property into a home. Any changes you wish to make can be implemented at this stage. We will amend the proposal accordingly until you are fully satisfied with the design and confirm final sign-off.
Once the design has been signed off, you’ll receive an invoice. On receipt of payment, your interior designer can begin the procurement process, purchasing and sourcing furniture and accessories ready for installation.
The finale! It’s time for installation. Our deliveries are carried out by our dedicated and professional Logistics team. Your interior designer will be on site to provide the finishing touches to your property, ready for your arrival.
Typically, delivery and installation takes place within 10 to 15 working days from point of cleared funds.
Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging.
