THE PROCESS

1. GET IN TOUCH

The first stage of our Interior Design service begins by gathering the relevant information about your property. It’s also about getting to know you and your vision. We’d love to meet you in person, but if preferred, we can do this over the phone, the choice is yours.

2. PROPOSAL FEES

At this stage we’ll give you a breakdown of our fees and ensure you have all of the relevant information needed. With our assistance, you’ll then decide which best suits your requirements.

3. BRIEF & DESIGN

On receipt of proposal fee your designated designer will take a detailed brief. Following a site visit, your designer will begin to create a scheme tailored to you.

4. SIGN OFF

When you are happy with the inventory, you will receive your final quote and invoice. On receipt of payment, your client manager will be in touch to confirm an installation date. 

6. DELIVERY

Your project will be managed by our dedicated project delivery team. Typically delivery and installation takes place within 7 to 10 working days from point of cleared funds. If you need your package more quickly, we will do our best to accommodate.

7. THE INSTALL

Our deliveries are carried out by our dedicated and professional installation team. We typically complete the install within one working day and will collect and return your keys to your agent if necessary.

The Process.

Your proposal will be presented to you in person or sent via email. This is the part where you’ll begin to visualise the unique scheme turning your property into a home. Any changes you wish to make can be implemented at this stage. We will amend the proposal accordingly until you are fully satisfied with the design and confirm final sign-off.

5. PROCUREMENT

Once the design has been signed off, you’ll receive an invoice. On receipt of payment, your interior designer can begin the procurement process, purchasing and sourcing furniture and accessories ready for installation.

6. INSTALLATION

The finale! It’s time for installation. Our deliveries are carried out by our dedicated and professional Logistics team. Your interior designer will be on site to provide the finishing touches to your property, ready for your arrival.

  • Together with our in-house window treatment service, SWAG, we provide a range of window treatment solutions tailored to your property, offering both blinds and curtains in a variety of colours and fabrics.

  • From pendants to wall lighting, we will advise on the best lighting solutions to enhance your space.

  • Whether it’s statement wallpaper or a feature wall, we’re on hand to help decorate your property and we believe this additional service is a stylish yet cost-effective way of elevating your furniture package. Check out our home staging service and interior design service.

  • We work alongside trusted joinery experts in order to design bespoke solutions to any space. Available in a range of wood and painted finishes to sit comfortably within the scheme that we provide. Elevations and scale drawings are provided throughout the process.

  • There is nothing better than coming home to a squeaky-clean property! Envision the cushions plumped, kitchen surfaces sparkling and the beds freshly made; our pre and post-cleaning service ensures that no corner is left untouched.

LOGISTICS
& DELIVERY

Typically, delivery and installation takes place from 7 to 10 working days from point of cleared funds.

Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging.

From procurement to delivery, quality assurance is at the forefront of each process within BoxNine7. Having been awarded ISO9001 and CHAS accreditation, we adhere to world-class standards and ensure excellence and efficiency is never overlooked.
