Our in-house interior designers use their expert knowledge to style your property in line with your target demographic, market, and location. Whether it’s a private client home, a property that requires dressing to enhance the sale, or a developer show home or stock units to market, we create sleek, affordable schemes that help you stand out, sell faster, and meet your asking price.

With a quick turnaround and a focus on every detail, we provide everything from stylish furnishings to artwork, accessories, and window treatments. Furniture rental is also available for staging.

THE PROCESS

1. GET IN TOUCH

We start by requesting your floor plan and gathering relevant information about your property's location and value so that we can provide a tailored quotation specific to your home’s needs.

2. QUOTATION

Once we have gathered all of the relevant information, we will provide a quotation that will maximise and show your property to its full potential. We will send you the quotation within 24 hours for you to review.

3. SITE VISIT

Once you have reviewed the quotation, we will visit the property to confirm the inventory and raise the invoice to start your design process.

4. DESIGN

Following payment your interior designer can begin designing your scheme. Our home stagers and design team will select furniture pieces best suited to optimise your property's potential. Our furniture is sourced from our exclusive selection of UK and European suppliers to ensure your home’s styling is perfect.

5. THE INSTALL

On the installation day, your designer and our dedicated Logistics team will deliver and install your rental furniture, transforming your property into a beautifully staged home.

SERVICES

  • Together with our in-house window treatment service, SWAG, we provide a range of window treatment solutions tailored to your property, offering both blinds and curtains in a variety of colours and fabrics.

  • From pendants to wall lighting, we will advise on the best lighting solutions to enhance your space.

  • Whether it’s statement wallpaper or a feature wall, we’re on hand to help decorate your property and we believe this additional service is a stylish yet cost-effective way of elevating your furniture package. Check out our home staging service and interior design service.

  • We work alongside trusted joinery experts in order to design bespoke solutions to any space. Available in a range of wood and painted finishes to sit comfortably within the scheme that we provide. Elevations and scale drawings are provided throughout the process.

  • There is nothing better than coming home to a squeaky-clean property! Envision the cushions plumped, kitchen surfaces sparkling and the beds freshly made; our pre and post-cleaning service ensures that no corner is left untouched.

LOGISTICS
& DELIVERY

Typically, delivery and installation takes place from 7 to 10 working days from point of cleared funds.

Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging.

From procurement to delivery, quality assurance is at the forefront of each process within BoxNine7. Having been awarded ISO9001 and CHAS accreditation, we adhere to world-class standards and ensure excellence and efficiency is never overlooked.
