MEET THE TEAM
As BoxNine7 continues to grow in 2026, we are excited to welcome more new faces to the team, each bringing their own experience, perspective, and energy to the business. One of those new additions is Immy Wigzell, our Business Development Co-ordinator, who brings a people-focused approach to supporting new business activity and building strong, lasting client relationships across BoxNine7.
With a degree in Psychology and experience developed within our Project Delivery team, Immy combines operational understanding with thoughtful communication and a proactive mindset. Her ability to understand both the practical and personal side of client relationships strengthens the experience we deliver and reflects the collaborative values that sit at the heart of BoxNine7.
Having already built a strong foundation within the business, Immy’s move into Business Development felt like a natural progression. Her experience working closely with delivery teams gives her a valuable perspective when supporting clients from the earliest stages of a project, helping to ensure conversations remain transparent, achievable, and solutions-focused from day one.
We sat down with Immy to learn more about her journey, what inspires her, and how she approaches relationship building within the industry.
What inspired your move from Project Delivery into Business Development, and how has that shift shaped your perspective?
“Starting out in Project Delivery gave me a really well-rounded understanding of how each brand works and the challenges teams face day to day. That experience made the move into Business Development feel like a natural next step, using that insight to support clients from an earlier stage and add value in a new way.”
How does your background in Psychology influence the way you build relationships and communicate with clients?
“Psychology shows up in so much of what we do. It’s shaped how I listen, pick up on what’s not always said, and adapt my communication to different people. It’s all about building trust, showing empathy, and keeping conversations clear and genuine.”
Having worked across both delivery and development, what do you think clients value most when partnering with BoxNine7?
“I think clients really value honest communication, transparency, and knowing they can rely on us to deliver on what we say. My delivery background helps me suggest solutions that are genuinely achievable, and step in where needed to help smooth any bumps along the way.”
You are also part of our charity team. Can you share what that means to you and any upcoming initiatives or events you are particularly excited about?
“It means a lot to be part of something that gives back beyond our day-to-day work, reflecting BoxNine7’s commitment to giving back. A group of us are taking part in the MoonWalk London in May, where we will be walking a marathon overnight around London to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer.”
Outside of work, what inspires you or helps you recharge creatively?
“Being active and getting outside is the best reset for me. I recently bought a road bike through the Ride to Work scheme and have been loving getting out on longer rides at the weekends. I’m also often up in the Lake District for long hiking weekends whenever I can.”
