Located in West London, just a short walk from West Brompton station, you’ll find the charismatic Lillie Square Development by Capco. At the start of 2020, Phase 2 completions of the development kicked off with the main focus on Three Lillie Square East, Five and Seven.
With an on-going relationship with the developers at Lillie Square, it has been a busy year for us. So far, we have completed over 50 installations at Lillie Square, throughout 2020, predominantly for investor landlords as well as several private clients and home occupiers.
Exclusive to Capco, we have designed two furniture pack collections for the Lillie Square apartments. The two collections were created to compliment the two different palette tones of the apartments. Exclusively selected, the pieces were designed for a turnkey furnishing solution, competitively priced to meet the requirements of the purchasers.
Our ranges were handpicked by our experienced Design team from a trusted network of UK and European manufacturers and suppliers,
meaning all of our furniture pieces come with a 5-year guarantee.

Collection One - Nordic & Refined
Our first exclusive collection was exclusively designed for Lillie Square to complement the internal light finishes within the development's apartments blending earthy tones with a modern touch.

Collection Two - Rich & Contemporary
In contrast to our Earthy toned Collection, our second collection was designed to complement the internal dark finishes within the development composed with harmonious shades of mustard yellow and petrol blue.
"We bought a furniture package that BoxNine7 had curated with the developer of our apartment block. All of this was done remotely due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
