MEET THE TEAM

At BoxNine7, we have many faces behind our fabulous team, each contributing their expertise to deliver our three key services: Interior Design, Home Staging, and Curated Furniture Packages. We sat down with dedicated Business Development Coordinator, Daisy Bozier, to discuss her role, her favourite projects, and why she decided to pursue a career in the interior design industry.

Hi Daisy, thank you for joining us today! So, what made you want to get into the Interior Design industry?

“I have always loved being creative and I studied Art & Design throughout my years in education, where I went on to specialise in Fashion & Textiles. Learning to work with fabrics and textures, I became really interested in interior design and how an empty room can transform with the right styling and decorative details. I started my career in an independent interior design firm and went on to work for a few independent show rooms as an Interior Design Manager to learn more about various design styles and to broaden my skills. After this I was then introduced to BoxNine7. I have always worked very closely with my clients to build and bring their ideas to life, so when the opportunity arose to join the team as Business Development Coordinator, it was a no brainer!”

Not many people know what goes on behind the scenes of our projects, can you talk us through what your role at BoxNine7 is?

“Sometimes I am on site styling a Home Staging project, and sometimes i’ll be in our office, meeting with the team and responding to enquiries to help clients design their dream space. I love being involved for the whole process! From the initial consultation, to sign off, I’m along for the whole journey! I complete the site visits so the transformation from the initial visit to installation day is always so exciting to me. Working mainly with Home Staging and our Curated Furniture Packages, I have the opportunity to work with private clients and developers. Whether it’s a single property or multiple spaces, there’s something incredibly satisfying about transforming a blank canvas into a stunningly furnished property that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients.

I have also recently joined the BoxNine7 Marketing team, so I am the face behind our the social media platforms! Make sure you do follow us on Instagram! I take lots of behind-the-scenes footage not only of our projects, but also what we get up to as a team on a day-to-day basis, as well as our team outings and company parties!”

What is your favourite BoxNine7 project?

“We recently installed two Interior Design projects, The Broadway I & II, and they look amazing! They are very different in their own ways, but equally beautiful! The checked side table decorated as a chess board in the Broadway II is to die for! It’s such a fun addition to the space. I also love the bench paired with the artwork in the hallway. The pattern and shape of the bench is very modern and flows with the rest of the space perfectly. The simplicity of the artwork with the pop of colour looks so chic and effortless.

The apartments have a contemporary look whilst also being very homely and inviting, which is my kind of style! I love a playful look, having fun mixing colours and not being afraid to go bold with some statement pieces. The red headboard in the principal bedroom in The Broadway I is so unique. The neutral tones throughout the rest of the room still allows for a calming atmosphere, but it makes a statement! I’d move into either apartment tomorrow!”

Sustainability is something we are working hard towards at BoxNine7, and we have recently launched the new Conscious Collection within our Curated Furniture Packages. Can you tell us more about the collection?

“The ‘Conscious Collection’ is a breath of fresh air in the world of eco-conscious furniture design. Each piece of furniture in the collection boasts its own unique story and sustainable twist.  The bar stools, for example, crafted from coffee bean shells, these stools are not only stylish and sleek, but the fact that they can be recycled up to three times before being repurposed into something new truly piqued my interest. The outdoor chairs are ingeniously made from recycled Carlsberg kegs, adding an eco-friendly touch to alfresco seating. It's a collection that resonates with both conscientious homeowners/tenants seeking to make a positive impact and forward-thinking developers aiming to contribute to a more sustainable future. The innovation and thoughtfulness behind BoxNine7's Conscious collection make it a noteworthy choice for those who want their living spaces to reflect not just style, but a commitment to making a difference in the world.”

Favourite piece from the Conscious Collection?

The moon shaped Headboard! It’s made from recycled plastic, which is so cool! The colour is quite neutral so it means it’s very versatile, where you can add some colour with accessories, but the shape of the headboard adds a statement and some fun to the room!

Winter/Christmas Activity?

Christmas is most definitely my favourite time of year! It is the best time of year for a home makeover, and I love how everyone who celebrates the festive holiday will decorate their homes in so many different ways! This time of year, you will find me cosying up on the sofa, Christmas tree lights on, with a good classic Christmas movie on the TV – usually Love Actually!

Podcast?

The Interior Insider – of course! The newest episode is so interesting, you need to give it a listen if you haven’t already!
