We are delighted to unveil our latest interior design project at The Broadway, an exceptional three-bedroom residence spanning 1,852 sqft in the heart of Westminster, London. Delivered in partnership with Valouran, this luxury apartment has been thoughtfully designed for modern professionals seeking the perfect balance between the pace of city life and a sense of calm at home.
Positioned high above the capital, the residence enjoys sweeping views across London's iconic skyline, from the historic grandeur of Buckingham Palace to the unmistakable silhouette of Battersea Power Station. Inspired by these surroundings, we created an interior that feels sophisticated, calming and deeply connected to its setting through natural materials, sculptural forms and timeless craftsmanship.
THE BROADWAY: RETURNING TO A LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT
The Broadway has become one of London's most desirable residential destinations. Located in the heart of Westminster, this prestigious development comprises six elegant residential towers that redefine luxury city living while placing residents moments away from some of the capital's most recognised landmarks.
Returning to The Broadway made this project especially rewarding for our team. This is not our first opportunity to design within this landmark development. We previously completed two show homes here, giving us a deep understanding of both the architecture and the lifestyle this exceptional address represents.
Having already established a strong design relationship with the development, this latest residence allowed us to evolve our approach even further, creating a home tailored to today's globally connected professionals while remaining sympathetic to the building's architectural identity.
A HOME DESIGNED AROUND MODERN CITY LIVING
Designed for modern professionals, this residence reflects the pace of city living while providing a calm and sophisticated retreat above the capital. Inspired by London's iconic skyline, the scheme draws on the contrast between bold architectural forms and soft, inviting interiors, creating a home that feels contemporary yet timeless.
Throughout the apartment, a nature-inspired palette, layered textures and organic materials bring warmth and depth to each space. Curved furniture silhouettes and tailored upholstered pieces introduce a sense of craftsmanship, while expansive windows frame uninterrupted views towards Buckingham Palace and Battersea Power Station, allowing the surrounding cityscape to become part of the interior experience.
Bespoke upholstered headboards provide each bedroom with its own identity, while statement artwork in the principal bedroom and living spaces adds character and creates striking focal points. Every design decision has been carefully considered to create an interior that reflects its prestigious Westminster setting while remaining welcoming, liveable and enduring.
