Wandsworth Common:
Our First Collaboration with London Square

PROJECTS

We’re proud to unveil a project that marks a new chapter for BoxNine7 , our first collaboration with renowned developer London Square. Set in the heart of Wandsworth Common, this newly completed show home is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom apartment that balances refined living with everyday practicality.

It reflects the essence of what we do best at BoxNine7: timeless design with a modern edge, flexible interiors that adapt to real life, and a commitment to working with British makers and responsibly sourced materials. This is a home designed to be lived in: elegant, functional, and full of character.

A Home That Lives With You

The heart of the show home is its open-plan living space: warm, welcoming, and designed with everyday life in mind. Natural materials and layered textures create an atmosphere that’s both polished and relaxed. The layout strikes a natural balance between comfort and connection, supporting how people live today: adaptable, inviting, and easy to enjoy. Locally sourced artwork brings energy and character, adding subtle pops of colour that lift the neutral palette and give each area its own sense of identity.

Set right beside the 32-acre Springfield Park, this apartment offers true parkside living in one of London’s most desirable postcodes. With Wandsworth Common on your doorstep and fast links into the city, it’s a rare blend of green space and connectivity – ideal for professionals, downsizers, and international buyers alike.

Dining That Fits the Day

The apartment has been designed with a clear focus on responsible sourcing. Throughout the scheme, we’ve included recycled and reclaimed pieces, and worked with suppliers who can provide transparency around the carbon footprint of their products.

In the dining area, this comes through in the table and chairs, both selected from partners committed to carbon neutrality, using reclaimed or upcycled materials. The result is a space that feels warm and characterful, while quietly reflecting the values behind the design.

“The design at Wandsworth Common is warm and inviting, featuring a rich palette paired with natural elements to create a calming and harmonious balance. It’s versatile enough to appeal to the target market while remaining thoughtful and stylish..”

— Saffron Harper-Ward, Interior Designer of BoxNine7

A Room to Remember: Where Spring Tones Meet Texture

In the principal bedroom, we’ve created a space that’s both striking and serene. Drawing on the colours of spring, the room blends soft tones with bold pattern, organic shapes, and tactile finishes to bring a fresh yet grounded energy. The bespoke wall-length headboard adds visual drama and structure, tying the space together with a tailored edge.

Flexible by Design

In the second bedroom, we introduced a smart solution for modern living: a bespoke joinery unit that combines storage with a dedicated work-from-home setup. Rich textures and a deeper, more cocooning palette give the room its own identity. It’s a practical space that doesn’t feel like a compromise.

This room moves easily between home office and guest bedroom, maintaining a sense of calm and character no matter the use. Features like this resonate with today’s buyers who expect more from every square foot: flexible layouts, ready-to-use workspaces, and thoughtful details that elevate everyday living.

This show home reflects a shared vision with London Square: to create a space that’s considered, characterful, and ready for real life. Every detail, from recycled materials to flexible layouts, has been chosen to support both lifestyle and saleability. Interested in seeing more of our latest projects?
