Vibrant and Homely:
Chapter House II

PROJECTS

Introducing BoxNine7’s Chapter House, based in the heart of Covent Garden.

This members-club inspired development by Londonewcastle has been a part of BoxNine7’s world for a while now. Completing a project here previously, our incredible team of dedicated designers were briefed to design two additional apartments with vibrant personalities.

Read on to discover the design inspiration behind these rather theatrical and captivating schemes…

In The Very Heart of Culture.

Housed in a compelling Victorian building, Londonewcastle’s Chapter House holds an ‘intimate collection of 40 contemporary apartments’ and the very centre of Covent Garden. Covent Garden is known to be one of the most culturally diverse and celebrated areas in London, making it a simply wonderful place to live.

The first apartment from our Chapter House project is the larger of the two, embodying a sense of artistic wow-factor. One of the key design elements is the deep, burgundy shade that is used within the study area. This room, which doubles as an alternative third bedroom, is extremely captivating with the bold choice of art, accessories, and overall colour palette. Whether using it as a work from home space, or as a quirky guest room, this corner of the apartment really does take the cake. Another room which really explores personality and vibrancy is the second bedroom, which features minimalistic yet bright yellow bolster headboard. This is a major statement piece within the project, with the bold yellow almost creating an atmosphere of a summer vacation.

No detail goes amiss within this first apartment – each room has its stand-alone character, making it all the more exciting as you travel through it.

Exceeding Expectations.

The second apartment is a studio space with a dramatic and powerful scheme, which was initially inspired by the bold headboard and abstract piece of artwork above the console. Although this space has a unique layout, the time and attention to detail from our designers never went amiss. The dark and daring bedroom within this studio unit draws you in, with the deep blues, purples and oranges working together to make a contrasting yet harmonic space. Although the seating area is only a few steps away from the bedroom, it offers its own personality – making it feel separate. The hues of green and rust work beautifully with the black furniture accents featured in the bookshelf and kitchen area – making this dainty apartment feel full of life and creativity.

A Familiar BoxNine7 Face.

Meet Alice Grimes, our wonderful Director here at BoxNine7. Here are her thoughts on the Chapter House II projects...

“Our team loved dressing a second unit the prestigious Chapter House. It was a great opportunity to showcase our design prowess, creating a space that was playful, bold and unique, reflecting the daring hallways and members club feel of the development. Our bold use of colour and experimentation was a success, receiving great feedback from LondonNewcastle and agents.”

“The work the BoxNine7 team have done at Chapter House has been exceptional. Not only was the entire process streamlined and transparent, but the final result has exceeded expectations. The interior design for the two new show apartments at the development have really transformed the spaces and we’ve had nothing but positive feedback from all partners, stakeholders and potential buyers. We very much look forward to working with the BoxNine7 team again in the future and would highly recommend.”
