The Bryanston: Winter Wonderland
Hyde Park

One of the spectacular show home projects which we completed in 2022 was The Bryanston for Almacantar, located only a few minutes’ walk from the whimsical Hyde Park. The Bryanston was designed with the park’s deep greens and blues, displayed throughout the wonderful naturistic sceneries. Each year, as the festive season arrives, Hyde Park is well renowned for its hosting of the magical Winter Wonderland. Described as ‘The Ultimate Christmas Destination in London’, Winter Wonderland lasts for 6 entire weeks from late November to early January, with endless exciting activities and festivities to keep you in the holiday-spirit. One of the most popular and BoxNine7 approved attractions at Winter Wonderland is the Bavarian Village German beer tent. Expect the ultimate Christmas cheer, with a live band, tables filled with merry visitors full of Schnitzel and German beer.

Chapter House: Christmas Bonanza
Covent Garden

BoxNine7 have also had the delight of working on a collection of Chapter House apartments for London Newcastle, with a new project release coming in early 2023. Chapter House is a dramatic Victorian building in the heart of Covent Garden- an area in the centre of the city famous for its Christmas celebrations. With festive dining, pop up shops, and ‘snow showers’, Covent Garden is a Christmas heaven. A new addition this year is the Santa’s sleigh located in the South Hall of the Market Building. Not only is this a great photo moment for families visiting London, but the 1884 sleigh itself has been sustainably sourced and repurposed with beautiful hand painted work by British artist James Gemmill. At BoxNine7, sustainability is always at the fore of our minds, as we continue to follow our Sustainability Manifesto in all that we do.

Battersea Power Station: Riverside Ice Skating

Battersea Power Station had its well anticipated grand re-opening back in October of this year, and the team here at BoxNine7 have given a helping hand in creating the brand-new apartments. With some of our first Battersea Power Station projects released years back, and more on their way in the new year, it feels only right to explore the Christmas events being held at one of London’s incredible landmarks. Pop up food-huts, carol singing, and festive instillations are only a selection of the wonderful festivities that can be explored here. The most exciting and inviting opportunity (in our opinion) is the large ice rink, ‘Glide.’ As London’s only riverside ice rink, the backdrop view of the incredible power station towers is something you cannot miss out on this year. The rink also provides a perfect view of the 30ft Christmas tree- a wonderful way to experience the inviting atmosphere of the holiday period.
